Gas metal print by Ken Powers. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
I did this one very quickly and loosely because I thought it would be a nice addition to the "Public Utilities" and "Techno Logical" groups I belong to at another service. I have never seen a utilities cover like this so I thought it deserved to be painted. It is painted with Rublev 18th century reproduction watercolor paint on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper and the original size of the piece is 14"x10.25" in size. The interaction of the coarse paper with the large grained paint makes for some interesting textures.
