Description
I found these tulips in a glass vase on one of the desks sitting outside my daughter's Kindergarten classroom and had to take a quick reference photo. I let the watercolor paint do most of the work for this piece and let it back run and bloom in order to create the petal textures. The original piece is 14" x 10" in size and is painted with Daniel Smith and Rublev paints on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper.
