Description
I hadn't painted for a while due to many family commitments but saw these skates at one of my favorite local pubs and couldn't resist doing my rendition of them. For some reason this subject really appealed to me even though I have never been ice skating in my life. The original is 10"x14" and is painted on Arches Cold-Pressed watercolor paper using 18th century reproduction watercolor paints.
